At BondX, I'm part of the team for Microsoft Store's CRM program. Through product launches, branding and selling moments, game releases, you name it — we communicate with Microsoft’s biggest supporters. Our goal is to create content that portrays a relatable, humanized brand while driving revenue towards Microsoft.
